You will be the manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A. You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ 1. Drive GS/TS Management through channels investment modeling and customers investment managements • Drive East Sales team to deliver financial target with solid planing, insightful analysis and forecast accruacy. • Lead and manage regional sales spending (TS/C and Sales ovh) including budget allocation, tracking and performance review to ensure well budget control and efficiency.• Set up right value chain and investment modeling across channels and customers, perform Periodic review with sales team (East sales leadership team) to drive insights to actions.. 2. Improve TS efficiency and Maximize Channel profitablity• Lead Trade spend Management from planing to execution, drive TS efficiency improvement, advice to regional trade marketing, Route to market and Region sales managers to maximize TS investment efficiency to drive sustainable growth; • Track and report GTN and alert managements on potential deviations and recommend timely decisions and corrective actions to address opps & risks• Regular approval process according to Segregation of duty and related operation support such as to support on customer& distributor terms reviews, signing and renewal etc.,3. Financial representative in strategic sales projects and growth opps identification• Strategic investment decision support to the Sales team in assessment of new customers/ business opportunities, new RTM/ business model analysis etc.• Be an active business partner to drive the project forward together with the project leader.• Ensure control is well established in new business/ new process/ new region etc. • Speed to market to ensure right value chain for the growth channels and optimize the low efficiency spending to fund for growth opps.4. Improve Control Environment and create control awareness• Ensure TS operating process and control in line with company guideline; • Establish and implement TS Control Self Assessment (CSA) mechanism and conduct CSA as routine and take correction plan to improve control effective; • Lead to drive process efficiency and process simplification;• Conduct TS related training to sales team to continues promote control awareness.• Conduct distributor reconcilidation and KA ARD issues resolutions. 5. Capability building and Finance knowledge transfer to sales teams, improve Financial acumen for sales management team in finance P&L/control/tax areaCarry out ad-hoc projects as directly by Line Manager.

Experience and Education required
1. Strong business acumen and familiar with FMCG industry for over 8-10 years
2. Formal Business Finance Qualification (BA or MBA), Professional accounting certification, at least 10 years of cumulative experience, Minimum of 5 years managerial experience, specifically in Finance and Accounting
3. Excellent English skills compulsory (oral, presentation, report writing)
This position is a key business partner and will cover sales Finance operations in East sales regions.
