The successful Client Service Manager will serve as a vital member of the Client Services team, serving clients and advisors directly, with a primary focus on Schwab Personalized Indexing onboarding. As a Financial Services Professional, you will help to educate and solve problems for individual investors. Through trust, experience, investment knowledge, professional development, and exceptional service the entire team strives to provide our clients with a great advisory relationship experience.

 

What you are good at

Provide outstanding client service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills.Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Anticipate client needs and proactively follow up on pending items to prevent delays or service gaps.Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-through to foster trust and satisfaction.Collaborate and Support Relationship Managers and Sales Team on new wealth manager onboarding, account openings, and ongoing account maintenance.Lead onboarding efforts for new wealth managers, ensuring a smooth integration into systems and processes.Mentor and train Client Service Specialists helping foster team growth and efficiency.Navigate multiple competing priorities while meeting internal deadlines and maintaining service excellence.Participate in internal service initiatives, cross-functional work groups, and process improvement efforts. Manage and update contact databases with accurate information. Assist with quarter-end processing, reporting, and preparation of materials for client meetings.Ensure the client interactions and service activities are performed in adherence with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
