Manager, Business Consultant / Product Owner (IC)

Position Summary

Responsible for providing analytical support for a department consisting of Meritain Health’s Renewal Plan Build, Renewal and Reporting, Eligibility, and COBRA organizations.  Function as the Product Owner of a Meritain Agile team.  Primary Product Owner responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering outcomes supporting the product strategy, defining the highest value work at the Team level, directing the development team to the most important work in backlog, reporting the team’s capabilities to stakeholders, responding to development team questions about story and backlog items, and facilitating outreach/discussion with outside parties in order to make forward progress timely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data, stakeholder and business requirements, and regulatory requirements.

3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: eligibility/COBRA/claims processing, process improvement, or project management.

3+ years of experience with cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.

Ability to successfully interact with members across business units and with external clients.

Ability to communicate comfortably, effectively, and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.


Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience working with eligibilityUnderstands intent/end state and operates with minimal guidance to meet that intent/end state.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Team player, while maintaining the ability to operate independently as needed.Provides accurate and timely results.Delegates and follows up as needed.Coaches and mentors others.




Education

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
