The Manager, Booking & Event Planner for Sodexo in Milpitas, California oversees the full lifecycle of meeting and event coordination across a dynamic corporate campus. This role manages conference room scheduling, client communication, and event logistics to ensure seamless, professional experiences. The manager partners closely with catering, audiovisual, facilities, and hospitality teams to deliver high‑quality service while maintaining accurate records, billing, and operational workflows. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do

Define and enforce booking, cancellation, and usage policies while serving as the primary liaison for all event requestors

Manage booking systems, calendars, room capacities, and equipment needs to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling

Coordinate room setups, AV/IT support, catering, and day‑of event logistics for seamless execution

Monitor usage data, maintain clean and fully functional spaces, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes
