Labcorp is seeking an Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) Solution Architect to join our growing team. This role is responsible for helping our organization maximize the value of our investment into Adobe RTCDP by strategizing a scalable architecture with a strong focus on data governance and security. The RTCDP Solution Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, data engineers, and digital marketers.

Own the enterprise B2B customer data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, commercial, and digital transformation initiativesAct as a strategic advisor to marketing and business leadership on CDP capabilities, roadmap, and long-term platform evolutionDefine scalable architectural standards that support global business growth and cross-business unit integration

Responsibilities:

Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDPDevelop and maintain a long-term CDP architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise marketing and data strategyProvide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketingAssess and audit the current state of our marketing technology stackStrategize, architect, and document a scalable RTCDP implementation, tailored to our business needsDrive complex architectural decision-making using industry benchmarks, vendor insights, and external best practicesTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsLead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data EngineersSupport the implementation of proper data governanceEvaluate and recommend enterprise architecture decisions that impact multiple business functionsCollaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Data Governance teams to drive cross-functional CDP initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure CDP solutions support customer lifecycle, revenue growth, and operational efficiency Monitor industry trends, competitor CDP strategies, and emerging technologies to inform platform innovation and best practices

Education & Experience required:

5+ years of experience architecting and building data pipelines3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, client-facing skills Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferredHands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activationExperience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP WebSDK implementation Experience working with APIsStrong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructureExperience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc. Experience working with data warehouse solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc. Ability to synthesize insights from internal and external sources to drive architectural decisionsStrong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with Adobe Target a plus

·        Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. a plus

·        Experience with marketing automation tools a plus
