About the Optical Assortment Insights & Analytics Team:
Our team partners closely with buyers and business leaders to optimize product assortments and modular layouts across Walmart’s Optical business. We use data-driven insights to identify trends, improve customer experiences, and fuel business growth. In this role, you’ll be at the center of decision-making, helping to transform how we serve our customers and stay ahead of the competition.What you'll do...Analyze sales and customer data using Scintilla and Power BI to identify trends and opportunitiesDevelop and validate modular assortments and layouts for optical categoriesCollaborate with buyers and cross-functional teams to align strategies and execute modular relaysPrepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendationsOversee the accuracy and execution of modular designs What You’ll Bring: Proven experience with Scintilla and Power BI for business analyticsStrong background in assortment planning, modular design, or retail analyticsAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable business storiesExperience collaborating and proven track record of gaining alignment with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
