About the Optical Assortment Insights & Analytics Team:
Our team partners closely with buyers and business leaders to optimize product assortments and modular layouts across Walmart’s Optical business. We use data-driven insights to identify trends, improve customer experiences, and fuel business growth. In this role, you’ll be at the center of decision-making, helping to transform how we serve our customers and stay ahead of the competition.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
