Inviting applications for the role of Manager, App Developer – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
Application development frameworks: Utilize frameworks like Java and .NET to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
ServiceNow integration: Lead the integration of ServiceNow into existing systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Cloud application deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop strategies for efficient cloud resource utilization.
Mobile app development: Manage the development of mobile applications that meet user needs and business objectives. Ensure apps are optimized for performance across various devices.
Restful services: Design and implement Restful services to facilitate communication between applications and enhance user experience. Ensure services are well-documented and secure.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Drive initiatives that promote continuous improvement within the development team.
Strategic thinking: Apply strategic thinking to align app development efforts with business goals. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to create competitive advantages.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in application development using Java/.NET frameworks
Proven track record in ServiceNow integration and cloud application deployment
Strong proficiency in mobile app development and Restful services
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Worked in large product companies
Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge technologies
Maintain a high level of technical expertise in application development and cloud technologies. Continuously update skills through research, training, and attending industry conferences
