· You know how to structure complex, unstructured problems, design ad hoc analyses, and deliver rapid yet thoughtful insights with precision and clarity.

· You’re comfortable working independently as both analyst and project leader, able to switch between execution and delegation as needed.

· You can direct and guide other analysts to deliver high-quality work, keeping cross-functional deliverables on track and aligned to the strategic ask.

· You bring a strong balance of technical fluency, business acumen, and presentation polish.

You’ll make an impact by:

· Driving executive-ready analytics – Own high-visibility, ad hoc analysis for eCommerce leadership, providing data and insights that influence strategic decisions.

· Delivering best-in-class presentations – Build compelling slides, charts, and narratives for MSMs, Board meetings, quarterly business reviews, and CEO-level updates.

· Owning cross-functional workstreams – Coordinate with subject matter experts and analysts across eCommerce to deliver cohesive insights under tight timelines.

· Shaping analytical narratives – Translate raw data into actionable stories that answer the "so what" for senior audiences.

· Providing analytical leadership – Act as a go-to thought partner for senior leaders, and guide junior analysts or peers to ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and impactful.
