A Gilbarco Veeder-Root, empresa líder global em soluções de abastecimento, está à procura de um Gerente de Tesouraria e Cobranças LATAM, responsável por liderar a equipe no Brasil e na Argentina. As responsabilidades da posição incluem:

- Gerenciar todas as operações de contas a receber (A/R), contas a pagar (A/P) e as ferramentas (toolkit) da companhia;
- Liderar a equipe de Tesouraria e Cobranças na América Latina;
- Otimizar a gestão do fluxo de caixa na América Latina;
- Coordenar e dirigir a preparação do fluxo de caixa (cash flow) da América Latina e assegurar o atingimento das metas de DPO e DSO da companhia;
- Preparar o orçamento anual e as previsões financeiras relacionadas à tesouraria e cobranças; 
- Preparar e publicar pontualmente as demonstrações financeiras mensais relacionadas à tesouraria e cobranças;
- Coordenar a preparação de relatórios gerenciais;
- Assegurar a aplicação das normas e políticas corporativas na área;
- Dar suporte aos processos de fechamento financeiro mensal e anual;
- Garantir o controle de qualidade das transações financeiras e dos relatórios de A/R e A/P;
- Gerenciar e cumprir os requisitos de relatórios do governo municipal, estadual e federal e das obrigações fiscais relacionados à Tesouraria e Cobranças;
- Desenvolver e documentar processos e políticas da área para a América Latina, a fim de manter e reforçar os controles internos;
- Executar atribuições adicionais de controller, quando necessário.

Requisitos para a posição: 

Experiência comprovada como responsável por Tesouraria e Cobranças;

Graduação em Finanças, Administração de Empresas ou área correlata;

Certificações como CMA ou CPA serão diferenciais;

Sólido conhecimento dos princípios e procedimentos contábeis;

Experiência na elaboração e análise de demonstrações financeiras;

Vivência em funções de razão geral (general ledger) e nos processos de fechamento financeiro mensal e anual;

Domínio de softwares contábeis e competência em atividades administrativas (ERP: Totvs, SAP, Oracle, entre outros);

Experiência em liderança de pessoas e gestão de equipes.

Inglês fluente;
