As a key member of the Gogo Finance organization, the Manager, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will work closely with Finance leadership and have a variety of responsibilities to ensure the accurate and timely collections of the Company’s customers along with payment to the Company’s vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the collections process, payables processes, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

How will you make a difference?
Oversee daily transactions, within accounts receivable including, general ledger and reconciliationsDevelop, pursue and implement collection strategiesMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variancesOversee the weekly AP disbursements, which are managed by the Supervisor, Account Support APIdentify and resolve problems and inconsistencies and suggest appropriate corrective procedures; elevate issues when necessaryManage, train, develop and motivate a team of specialistsDirect the monthly close for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including preparing, entering, and maintaining support for journal entries and account reconciliationsAssist with the implementation of new softwareTrain new staff on software and proceduresParticipate in quarterly and annual SOX auditsEstablish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the Company’s goals.Design and run monthly and quarterly financial reportsQualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related work experience4-7 years’ experience in AR and/or AP2-3 years’ experience managing, coaching, and developing a teamRequired Skills, Talents & Experience
ERP systems experience, Microsoft Business Central is a plusAccounts payable systems experience, Esker is a plusOrganized and able to lead a team, while managing deadlinesEffective problem solving; methodical, detail-oriented and analytical approach to issue resolutionStrong attention to detail with analytical, organizational and research abilitiesStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication and messaging skillsExperience in evaluating and streamlining processes and systems, developing and implementing policies and procedures to achieve operational efficienciesPreferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
