Account Manager, Mastercard Direct Services [Career Level 6 – Manager]
Overview
Mastercard Direct Services (MCDS) is a dynamic B2B sales unit covering customers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa region. The MCDS model is fast growth, delivered through efficient and effective remote account development and management. We focus on medium / small and remote customers and prospects, both as account managers and business developers.

We are looking for high achievers who embody excellent business judgment, leadership, and fintech savviness to join our team. As an MCDS sales lead, you will convert qualified leads for the business, working closely with account teams in local markets, while partnering internally with different supportive business organizations.
Some degree of travel is anticipated.
Responsibilities
•\tOperates as primary relationship lead for customers, including banks and NFBIs
•\tResponsible for driving revenue, product sales, market share and other strategic and operational KPIs
•\tManages day-to-day work & establishes effective communication and relationships with senior decision makers within client
•\tSets sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals
•\tWorks to identify opportunities and customer needs, generates sales pipeline and drives closure of business opportunities, with the view of accelerating growth including market share, volume and revenue
•\tWorks cross functionally with other sales teams, product and business development, marketing, operations and delivery to identify opportunities, design and execute targeted customer focused proposals
•\tDevelops financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities
•\tDelivers customer quarterly business reviews

All About You
•\tHighly motivated individual, with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities
•\tExecution-oriented and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
•\tPayments industry experience is a strong plus
•\tStrong excel (financial modeling) and powerpoint skills
•\tProficient communicator: able to deliver great presentations, write crisp emails and has a great phone manner
•\tDemonstrates learning agility through quickly establishing credibility in a new subject matter or vertical
•\tAlways acts with integrity
•\tFluent knowledge of English and Uzbek/Russian preferred
