About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring long-term commercial success and customer satisfaction for ongoing Harman programs for your customer. You will ensure adherence to customer expectations and work closely with your customer counterpart(s) to maintain and grow the existing business with healthy commercials.

What You Will Do

Capture and propagate the commercial voice of customer for ongoing programsActively explore business opportunity(pre-engagement, RFI, RFQ) and bring business back homeClosely track customer satisfaction at all levels, and drive course corrections when requiredDrive to achieve commercial targets (revenue, EBIT, Cash Flow) for your customer programsReceive customer change request and lead them through internal approval processDrive continuity of awarded business through program extensions and follow-on programsManage commercial agreements and drive customer negotiation

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management10+ years of related sales experience with at least 6 years in AutomotiveIn-depth working experience with the applicable customer(GAC,Xpeng, BYD) and good relationshipProof record of successful pursuit in the careerMust have a thorough understanding of Automotive OEM’s organization and processesThorough understanding of P&L statements, business cases and quotes / contracts with automotive OEMsBasic technical understanding of Automotive HW and SW systemsBusiness acumen, analytical skills and critical thinking.Right altitude, ownership, and passion for work.English proficiencyTechnical background is a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business ManagementWork experience at Tier 1 supplier of products such as audio, infotainment, connectivity, and ADAS
