The Managed Services – Oracle SCM Functional Associate Manager will work as SME and will also assist in the delivery of managed services for support projects for our Oracle ERP and SCM clients. This role is responsible for resolving client issues, guiding the managed services team, and ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM SaaS (WMS, OM, Supply Chain Planning, and Inventory modules), excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
+ 10 years total experience; 5+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM (WMS, OM, Planning, Inventory).
+ 2+ years in support services for the above modules (or similar).
+ Hands-on support experience across at least three modules (must include WMS, OM + one of Inventory / Planning / Product Management).
+ **Module expertise** :
+ **WMS:** Inbound/outbound operations, RF workflows, replenishment, labeling, cycle counting.
+ **OM:** Order orchestration, pricing, sourcing, approvals, fulfillment, ship confirm.
+ **Planning:** Demand/supply plans, collections, exceptions, pegging, S&OP, scenarios.
+ **Inventory:** Item setup, org structure, UOMs, reservations, transfers, cycle counts.
+ Good to have: Redwood Visual Builder, Product Management, Supply Chain Execution.
+ Experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
+ Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field.
+ Oracle ERP functional knowledge; at least one Level 2 certification preferred.
+ Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Team-oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
+ Customer-centric mindset with commitment to high‑quality service.
+ Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.
+ Serve as SME for L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, service requests, configuration changes, and enhancements.
+ Manage day‑to‑day operations of managed services and ensure timely issue resolution.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Oracle-managed services teams.
+ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
+ Monitor service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery.
+ Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and industry trends.
+ Support SLA management and compliance.
+ Prepare regular performance and client satisfaction reports.
The Managed Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients.
