**Job Overview** Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team at our Rice Street Clinic in St Paul, MN! This is a .8 FTE (64 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30AM - 4PM. No weekends! **Responsibilities** + Prioritize work to achieve optimal patient outcomes. + Determines and revises priorities for diagnostic testing + Uses appropriate communication skills to meet patient/family, and other customer needs + Communicates effectively with all members of the health care team. + Applies established professional guidelines and standards to complex, routine, and non-routine diagnostic testing procedures. + Adheres to radiologic diagnostic testing procedures + Documents compliance with regulatory agency requirement + Follows infection control guidelines + Adheres to safety protocols + Ensures imaging procedures meet all standards and protocols + Serves as a resource for other healthcare team members + Responds appropriately to emergent situations. + Evaluates imagine results for diagnostic quality + Assesses the validity of the test results to determine if consistent with changing physiological conditions or if due to possible interfering substances + Acts as a resource for problem-solving resolution + Demonstrating ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural difference of population served. **Required Qualifications** + Digital mammography training + ARRT (R) (M) + Minimum of one year of related experience in General Diagnostic Breast Imaging + 1 year of experience working with patients in a capacity including frequent interactions and an understanding age-life cycle need **Benefit Overview** Fairview offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
