Make an Impact! Provides supervision of the day to day operation of the Breast Imaging section. Directs the workflow for the technical staff for all classifications of patients throughout the department. Assigns staff to meet the needs of the patient schedule. Monitors equipment functionality. Works with field engineers and MLH Biomedical Engineering Department in addressing any equipment issues. In conjunction with staff technologists and technologist assistants, assures procedure rooms are stocked with supplies. Checks the quality of the images on PACS and solves the QA issues on all studies as needed. Is competent to perform procedures on all patient populations ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Maintain working relationship with all ancillary departments.

Position: Supervisor, Mammography
Shift: 40hrs/wk days

Experience: 
Minimum 3 years recent related mammography experience

Education: 
Graduate of accredited program of radiologic technology
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred


Licensures/Certifications: 
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
BLS Certification within 60 days of hire
