Job Description
The Make Ready Technician will perform a variety of tasks to prepare trailers for remodel. Key responsibilities include tearing out old structures, performing finish carpentry such as trim, doors, and windows, painting, and conducting basic drywall and sheetrock work. The role also involves laying carpet and tile, executing basic plumbing accessory finishes, and completing other make ready duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment is exclusively outdoors, with hot conditions in the summer and cold in the winter. There is a roof available for rainy days, but most tasks are completed outside. The dress code is flexible, allowing employees to wear anything they don't mind getting dirty. The culture is focused on teamwork and efficiency, with a small production team of about five employees. You will work both collaboratively and independently, often with little direction. The hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. There is flexibility to work additional hours or on Saturdays, with Sundays rarely required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
