Our client **, in Omaha NE,** is a leading manufacturer in the industrial equipment sector **, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.** As a **Maintenance Technician** , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills** , **attention to detail** , and **a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Senior Technician** **Location: Omaha NE** **Pay Range: Up to $32/hr DOE** **What’s the Job?** + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using advanced diagnostic tools + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment + Utilize SAP and CMMS systems to manage work orders and document maintenance activities + Support training of equipment operators in basic maintenance and inspection procedures + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using TPM and Lean methodologies **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma with 7+ years, Associate’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of manufacturing experience + Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring (480V) + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools (amp meter, megger, etc.) + Familiarity with NFPA 70/70E, OSHA standards, and Arc Flash safety practices + Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and computerized maintenance systems **What’s in it for me?** + **Pay rate: up to $32/hr DOE** + **Shift: 7 am - 3;30 pm** + Opportunity to work with a supportive and skilled team + Hands-on experience with advanced maintenance tools and systems + Career growth in a stable and innovative company **Interested?** You’d like to learn more, **click apply now** .
