Temporary position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Perform routine cleaning, repairs, and general apartment upkeep.Handle landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, and planting. Inspect and prepare units for new tenants, ensuring all repairs and cleaning are completed.Assist with inventory, emergency maintenance needs, and teamwork to support property operations.Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
Basic maintenance and cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to perform light repairs, use hand tools, and follow safety procedures.Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including lifting, bending, and completing physical tasks.Must pass background screening and meet company reliability standards.Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to assist with on?call or urgent maintenance needsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
