Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our team in caring for our prestigious property.
Position Details
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm; weekend on call rotation

Position Summary
The Maintenance III position is responsible for the successful completion of the jobs given to them to include: completing on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and professional communication. Knowledge of construction methods and various trades such as demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, finish carpentry, window, door and siding installation. Maintenance III work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces and must be able to adapt to conditions and circumstances. They work with various hand tools and must keep their tools and worksite in a clean, safe condition. The carpenter may at times need to deal with customer requests, questions, and inquires in a polite and business-like manner
Essential Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School diploma. Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program would be a plus License: Valid driver’s license Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language. Experience using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws and nail guns. Knowledge of building regulations and codes. Experience: Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or a minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a journey-level carpenter
