**Maintenance Technician - Weekend 1st Shift** **Job Description** Maintaining and troubleshooting production machines in a dynamic and large-scale manufacturing environment. This position is for the weekend 1st shift, working Friday through Sunday. **Responsibilities** + Install and troubleshoot production machines. + Follow and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Install and maintain complete production lines. + Complete preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner. + Assist with improvements to production equipment and controls to boost productivity. + Interface with all levels of personnel to implement improvements reducing downtime. + Follow all policies, procedures, and instructions in accordance with company guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Five years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance or three-year + technical schooling. + Experience in troubleshooting electrical & mechanical problems + Experience working with 480v 3-phase + Basic PLC Troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Nice to Have** + Welding and fabricating experience. + Proficiency in ladder logic and blueprint interpretation. + Experience with AC and DC drive setup, programming, and troubleshooting. + Ability to multitask and complete projects while supporting daily activities. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
