**Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities** + Lead and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. + Oversee maintenance of high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms. + Troubleshoot and repair PLC's--Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, or Universal robots + Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, coordinating with OEMs as needed. + Monitor and report on equipment performance metrics such as uptime and repair times. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy performance bonuses, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out monthly and a 5% annual incentive bonus based on company, department, and individual performance.
