Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role primarily involves troubleshooting and repairing three-phase motors, conveyor systems, gearboxes, and low voltage electrical systems (12v/24v), as well as photo eyes and sensors. The position also requires troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems, including valves, solenoids, and manual and automatic controls, which encompass press and finishing glue systems, banding lines, and corrugator hydraulics.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair three-phase motors, conveyor systems, and gearboxes.Conduct low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v/24v) including photo eyes and sensors.Repair hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems including valves, solenoids, and controls.Maintain and troubleshoot press and finishing glue systems, banding lines, and corrugator hydraulics.Essential Skills5 or more years of industrial maintenance experience on industrial machines, preferably packaging machinery.Proficiency with 480v three-phase and low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v and 24v).Experience with photo eyes and sensors.Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls (PLCs) is a plus.Well-rounded experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and gears.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the packaging industry is a significant advantage.Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Hamilton, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
Full benefits from day one including health, vision, dental, and 401k match. PTO is from day one as well. After 3 years of employment health insurance is fully covered.
