Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician Supervisor with extensive experience in maintenance mechanics and leadership to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team, ensuring optimal equipment performance and adherence to safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise Process Maintenance Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shifts, providing guidance, training, and support while managing their performance.Perform and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various equipment and systems, including purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment.Maintain and troubleshoot purified water systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee the maintenance of plant utilities such as compressed air, steam, and water distribution systems.Maintain and troubleshoot liquid blending process equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production specifications.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety inspections and training.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety reports following cGMP and Data Integrity guidelines.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions.Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinating with other departments as needed.Essential SkillsOver 6 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Tech.Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing/managing a crew.Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process control systems.Experience with purified water systems, plant utilities, and liquid blending process equipment.Strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
