**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician at our Schertz, TX location. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot automated equipment and perform daily preventative maintenance according to the CMMS schedule. With a balanced mix of 50% preventative maintenance and 50% reactive maintenance, you'll be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency. This role also includes performing calibrations and repairs to equipment, focusing on mechanical, pneumatic, fluid, air pressure, and electrical troubleshooting. You will assist in major component replacements, provide continuous feedback to enhance predictive maintenance, and participate in workshops and certifications. + Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience. + Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting and repair (270 or 480v). + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Basic data entry and computer typing skills. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Team player, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing repairs. + Experience with preventative maintenance and work orders. + Knowledge in electronics troubleshooting and repair. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
