**Maintenance Technician - San Marcos, CA** **Job Description** The maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. This role ensures safety and productivity through effective maintenance systems and processes, contributing to the achievement of the site's business goals. You will work with machines, electrical components, and robotics specifically for manufacturing gloves that protect users against chemicals and other harmful factors. **Responsibilities** + Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. + Maintain equipment according to safety and productive maintenance systems. + Support business goals by ensuring equipment functionality. + Work with electrical components, robotics, and machinery. + Perform preventive maintenance on various systems such as hydraulics and pneumatics. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting. + Ability to work with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience in preventive maintenance. + PLC troubleshooting skills. + Understanding of robotics and motor repair. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 to 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic. + Experience performing maintenance on robotics, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and chains. + Proficiency with maintenance software. + Ability to work independently on the floor. + Comfortable working with respirators and around chemicals. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous benefits package that includes 18 days of PTO, 11 holidays, and a 401k plan.
