Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Most positions are available on off shifts. The shifts are as follows: 1st Shift from 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm to 6:30am. This role involves working every other weekend, with voluntary overtime available during the week. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working in a highly automated facility, utilizing a laptop and communication device for team collaboration. The pay range is $27-34/hour BASE RATE (based on prior experience & interview).
Perform maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous operation.Troubleshoot and execute regular preventive maintenance plans (TPM).Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems.Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery.Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical components.Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, and equipment issues.Install new and automated systems, including wiring and configuring controllers.Analyze system performance data and implement changes to optimize efficiency.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment.Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment.Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems.Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and pneumatic control systems.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within automated systems.Familiarity with mechanical components, including servo motors, actuators, and sensors.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is enormous, requiring a lot of walking between buildings and within the plant. One department is a dry room, where specific attire like a garb and beard net, if applicable, is required. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
