**Maintenance Technician – 2nd or 3rd Shift** **Location:** Newton, NC **Pay:** $27 – $32/hr (based on experience) **Hire Type:** Full-Time Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role? Work in an **AC/temperature-controlled environment** . + Opportunities for advancement through employee reviews and promotions. + **Full benefits offered** , including PTO, health insurance, and 401k/retirement options. **Shifts Available:** + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday) + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday) **What You’ll Do:** + Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, robotics (Fanuc preferred), and other production equipment. + Perform mechanical maintenance: bearings, ball screws, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics, air/fluid lines, and heat treat ovens. + Conduct electrical maintenance: wiring systems, control panels, sensors, PLCs, motors, heating elements, and building systems. + Use computerized maintenance systems (SAP) to document work and order replacement parts. + Follow safety, environmental, and quality protocols while working in a team-oriented environment. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent (further technical education is a plus). + 2–5 years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial setting. + Experience with CNC machines and robotics troubleshooting (programming not required). + Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to work any shift, overtime, and flexible schedule as needed.
