**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance within the facility, with a focus on mechanical tasks. Your main duties will involve repairing machinery such as conveyors, high-pressure pasteurization equipment, tape machinery, sprockets, motors, rubber belts, scales, PLCs, hydraulics, decompression valves, drive chains, bearings, cylinders, and printing equipment. You will also work with electrical components, including 480v, 3-phase, AC/DC systems, controls, proxy switches, sensors, PLCs, and HMIs. Additionally, welding and HVAC assistance may be required as needed. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical maintenance tasks, focusing on hydraulic systems. + Conduct electrical maintenance involving 480v and 3-phase systems. + Repair and maintain various machinery, including conveyors and pasteurization equipment. + Assist with welding and HVAC maintenance as necessary. + Lift up to 70 lbs and work in small or tight spaces. + Follow a preventative maintenance schedule using Fiix software. + Complete daily Excel reports detailing accomplishments during shifts. **Essential Skills** + At least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulics. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 480v and 3-phase systems. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
