**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance within the facility, with a focus on mechanical tasks (85% mechanical / 15% electrical). The role involves repairing and maintaining various machinery, including conveyors, high-pressure pasteurization equipment, tape machinery, sprockets, motors, rubber belts, scales, PLCs, hydraulics, decompression valves, drive chains, bearings, cylinders, and printing equipment. Electrical responsibilities include working with 480v systems, 3-phase AC/DC controls, proxy switches, sensors, PLCs, and HMIs. Welding and HVAC maintenance are also part of the job. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on hydraulic systems. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including work with 480v systems and 3-phase AC/DC controls. + Repair and maintain conveyors, high-pressure pasteurization equipment, and other machinery. + Follow a preventive maintenance schedule using Fiix software. + Produce daily reports on maintenance activities using Excel. + Weld as necessary and assist with HVAC maintenance. + Lift up to 70 lbs and work in small or tight spaces. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
