Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with painting experience to ensure the functionality and serviceability of our facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building maintenance, particularly within apartment complexes or hotels, and will be responsible for routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesInspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform necessary maintenance to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.Repair and maintain various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.Essential Skills4-6 years of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels.Painting experience (residential or commercial)Experience in electrical, facilities maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, and troubleshooting.Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis.Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and email.Customer service experience in previous roles.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on rooftop HVAC units.Familiarity with VAV (Variable Air Volume) Boxes.Experience in a customer-focused environment such as apartments, hotels, or corporate facilities.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
