Job Description Insight Global is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a manufacturing facility within the spirits industry. In this role, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting bottling, packaging, and distribution equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations. This individual will perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues on conveyors and other industrial equipment, and repair or replace components such as motors, belts, bearings, gears, and mechanical drives. They will assist production technicians during equipment breakdowns, support new equipment installations as needed, and help ensure proper alignment, rotation, and safe operation of machinery. Additionally, this individual will conduct machine safety inspections, adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols, and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, work orders, and equipment performance. They will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Lead and production teams to minimize downtime, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to an organized, proactive maintenance approach in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of Maintenance Technician or Industrial Mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills on conveyors and industrial production equipment • Ability to repair, replace, and align motors, belts, bearings, gears, and mechanical drives • Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns • Basic working knowledge of PLCs/VFDs and adherence to machine safety standards • Experience in bottling, packaging, beverage, or high‑volume manufacturing environments • Ability to read basic mechanical or electrical diagrams and schematics • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Maintenance, Electrical, or related field
