**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - NIGHT SHIFT** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in CMMS programs and proficiency in computer and data entry tasks. The role requires a strong ability to manage paperwork and data entry effectively. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, donning protective gear for approximately 60% of the workweek. The position demands mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical expertise, particularly with low voltage systems of up to 50 volts. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair equipment and production lines. + Perform calibration and preventive maintenance activities. + Install and monitor new equipment. + Conduct scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance within the cleanroom on machines and equipment. + Handle electrical components and demonstrate proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. + Diagnose issues with equipment and escalate to engineers when necessary. + Manage HVAC/Chiller systems, including monitoring temperature, humidity, pressures, and flows. **Requirements** + Experience with CMMS program (they have Maximo) and will be responsible for a lot of computer/data entry. + Competency in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and cleanroom operations. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29.90 - $33.35/hr.
