**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic manufacturing site dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative packaging solutions. Our facility specializes in producing bubble wrap and is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work on the machines that drive this production. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain machines that produce bubble wrap. + Utilize Allen Bradley PLC experience to ensure optimal machine performance. + Work on conveyors, pumps, 3 phase motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues with equipment. + Collaborate with on-site engineers to fix, edit, or re-program machines as needed. + Lead and direct team members when necessary, demonstrating assertiveness and leadership qualities. + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment. + Understand and work with electrical systems up to 480 volts. **Essential Skills** + Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and control. + Experience with mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to read schematics and blueprints. + Welding skills and knowledge of 3 phase motors. + Industrial maintenance experience, particularly with high-volume automated production lines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5-8 years of experience in the maintenance field or industry. + Electrical and mechanical experience. + Background in injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing maintenance team with opportunities for improvement and professional development.
