Job Description

As a Tech II, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of material handling equipment such as conveyors.

You will also be required to complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.Will perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries.You will be expected to enter downtime data in a daily log and complete PM sheets.Tasked with troubleshooting and identifying problems with equipment, as well as tracking and storing the department's inventory, including spare parts.SkillsEquipment Maintenance (conveyance, gearboxes, single/three-phase motors, sensors, relays)diagnostic testingmechanical troubleshootingpreventative maintenancelockout/tagout up to 480VAbility to work in a data-driven environmentWillingness to walk 10,000 steps per dayOpenness to working any 10-hour shiftJob Type

This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 3-4 months before being hired on direct.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large distribution facility with high-speed, automated equipment, primarily featuring robotic components. You must be comfortable walking up to 10,000 steps per day and be open to working any 10-hour shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
