Objectives of the Positions

Maintenance of plant equipment including Reactor, Pump, Agitated nutsche filter dryer, Filter press, Vacuum system, Nuta mixture, Ultra filtration system, Neno filtration system, Hydraulic equipment, Belt conveyor, Heat exchanger and condenser etc.Maintenance of utility, WWTP and MEE equipment including Boiler, chiller, Air compressors, Cooling tower, Nitrogen plant, Heat pump, Scrubber system, Dust collector system and Aerator etc.Spare part management for smooth operation of plant.Having good knowledge of handling/installation of Mechanical seals in equipment.Regular Monitoring of Plant equipment to reduce the breakdown and supervision of mechanical work (Maintenance & Project).Ability to handle Mechanical breakdown in the plant.

Main Areas of Responsibilities And key Activities

Manage all maintenance activity related to mechanical work according to plant requirement with upmost Safety measures.Day to day planning and execution with production team for maintenance work (Preventive maintenance and other maintenance activities) as per priority.To attend all breakdown / other maintenance activity usage available resource and minimum repair time.To come with improvement ideas and suggestions.To participate in RCA for major breakdown.Maintain housekeeping and ensure plant in good condition.Maintain records, Logbooks of day-to-day activity. Ensure maintenance work with desired quality, safety and reliability.Ensure implementation of PPE and Work permit requirement.Sending material outside for repair.Follow up with Vendor for repairing.Action against Hazard ID / Near Miss / UAUC / MOC reports.

Job Skills

Ability to handle all maintenance activities, Planning and its implementation, Internal project planning & execution.Equipment maintenance knowledge of Reactor, Pump, Agitated nutsche filter dryer, Filter press, Vacuum system, Nuta mixture, Ultra filtration system, Neno filtration system, Hydraulic equipment, Belt conveyor, Heat exchanger and condenser etc.Computer operations.Ability to handle Problem Individually.Follow all EHS guidelines.Good communication skills.ISO/RC basic understanding.

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Ability to handle all Mechanical maintenance activities, Planning & its implementation and Contractor Manpower handling.
