Job Description
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at a highly automated facility. You will engage in equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment modification. This position requires working closely in a team environment with new and highly automated machines, primarily focusing on pneumatics, automation equipment, and basic PLC edits. There are no hydraulic systems involved.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems.Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery and processes.Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components and systems.Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage.Install new automated systems and equipment, including wiring, configuring controllers, and setting up sensors.Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment.Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime.Essential SkillsExperience with pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting.Proficiency in preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment.Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems.Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic, and computer control systems.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues within automated systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with mechanical components, including servo motors, actuators, AC motors, and sensors.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
