Join our team as a Maintenance Helper, working alongside our skilled lead maintenance technician. In this role, you will assist in various tasks, focusing on preventive maintenance and minor repairs. This position is ideal for someone with a mechanical inclination and a desire to grow in the field, gaining valuable troubleshooting experience.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the lead maintenance technician with daily tasks and major breakdowns.Perform minor preventive maintenance such as changing air filters and greasing.Gain hands-on troubleshooting experience.Support in both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude with some experience in maintenance.Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.Willingness to learn and grow in maintenance field.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable with heights.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. There is occasional on-call work during weekends and nights, though it is rarely required. Attendance is crucial to success in this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Chesterfield, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
