This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems **What You'll Do:** + Maintain, service and conduct minor repairs on building and equipment. + Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in the area of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting. + Assist Operations Director and others workers with their tasks. + Comply with established safety guidelines and procedures. + Work under close direction of Operations Director and General Manager. + Parking Lot, Roadway and Sidewalk Maintenance: Clean and repair including patching pot holes, repairing sidewalk cracks, painting lot stripes, arrows and other markings + Snow & Ice Removal: Performs removal, reports and participates in all snow removal efforts as directed + Promotional Materials & Holiday Decorations: Assemble, disassemble and store + Mechanical: Cycle trash compactors for safety checks, change oil in light machinery or small engines and clean equipment and perform preventive maintenance of equipment + Tenant Service: Respond to tenant concerns such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, electrical issues and fixing minor issues + Perform janitorial duties as needed and assigned, not limited to: cleaning windows, water fountains, bathrooms, interior walls, benches and planters, strollers and wheel chairs, floors, electrical and sprinkler rooms, vacant spaces, tables and chairs in food court and sidewalks, sweep debris from roof as necessary to ensure free flowing drainage on the roof **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
