**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Graveyard Shift** Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and functionality. This position requires a thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems. Responsibilities + Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, resolving intermediate to complex issues around machines and equipment. + Repair and recondition hydraulic/pneumatic systems, including airlines and solenoids, as well as electrical equipment/components. + Maintain, repair, and modify conventional equipment. + Install plumbing, air, and electrical utilities necessary for machine operation. + Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts. + Repair or replace defective parts. + Install special functional and structural parts in devices. + Lubricate and clean parts. + Adhere to and complete work within 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines. + Maintain a strong safety focus and adhere to safety guidelines. Essential Skills + 4+ years of experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment. + Advanced experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications. + Proficient technical and systems experience, including CMM systems. + Ability to read schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with PLC troubleshooting. + Knowledge of preventive maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics. + Ability to troubleshoot, tear apart, and fix gearboxes.
