Our client is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. Call Trevor at 262-771-1369 if you're interested! **Location:** Fort Madison, Iowa **Hours:** 2nd shift **Pay** : 29$ hourly **Job Duties** + Dismantles, repairs, assembles, installs, and sets up technical equipment and machines used in a production site. + Plans and executes assigned maintenance projects independently. + Analyzes technical problems on site and completes mechanical and/or electrical repairs and work orders. + Executes ramp-up, setup, and start procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operations. + Contributes to installation projects on site and supports accountable Industrial Engineers. + Supports maintenance of technical documentation for processes and equipment. + May provide technical advice to junior staff. + May maintain various types of equipment. **Production Responsibilities** + Operates a defined number of specialized machines and equipment. + May include prescribed CNC programming (e.g., setting parameters) to set up machines for production. **Assembly Responsibilities** + Requires theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes. + Uses a variety of tools and machines during the assembly process. + Assembly work is generally repetitive and routine. **Qualifications** + Completion of a 2-year vocational training program. + Up to 1 year of relevant experience. + Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field, gained through structured vocational training.
