Maintenance Tech Needed: Climate Controlled Facility!

Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm M - F

•\tLead by example by applying Baily’s Mission and Values in this role, and help hold maintenance technicians accountable for modeling these behaviors daily. \t

•\tPerform building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, PLC and mechanical repairs as necessary.

•\tUtilize e-maintenance to manage equipment, PM Process, parts ordering and predictive maintenance and repair of the building and equipment.

•\tImplement preventative and predictive maintenance measures and procedures for equipment.

•\tMaintain inventory of repair equipment, supplies and tools.

•\tMaintain the organization of the maintenance areas to be organized, clean and to meet all required food safety requirements.

•\tComplete inspection of facilities and equipment with Maintenance Manager.

•\tRespond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

•\tProactively look to provide hygienic equipment design and implementation of ideas to eliminate waste, improve equipment uptime and employee safety.

•\tRegularly clean and maintain tools in an organized, lean manner.

•\tPerform other maintenance duties as requested by management.

•\tWork collaboratively with other departments, particularly production and quality, to facilitate the equipment maintenance process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
