Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician (Multi-Craft) for our 3rd shift (12:00am-8:30am) in Canton, OH. This role involves performing machine repair, facilities maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in a plastic extrusion environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform machine repair and facilities maintenance.Conduct electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.Troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery and equipment, focusing on plastic extrusion.Work with 480v, single and three-phase power, VFDs, sensors, switches, AC/DC motors, and relays.Pass on work between shifts, documenting the current status and remaining tasks.Identify faulty parts and troubleshoot machines using OHMS Law and voltage.Work with series parallel circuits, contactors, fuses, DC/AC drives without relying heavily on schematics.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial maintenance.Electrical and mechanical multi-craft skills.Experience with plastics industry machinery.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.Troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold, and extrusion.Ability to read blueprints and perform PLC troubleshooting.Experience with schematic analysis and service maintenance.Understanding of 3-phase power systems and welding repair.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
