**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of production lines by examining, testing, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery and equipment. The role demands a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs to sustain efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Operate each production line station proficiently. + Examine, test, maintain, and repair all plant machinery and equipment for safe and efficient operations, including designing and fabricating parts. + Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment by reading and interpreting equipment manuals. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments as needed. + Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using various tools. + Set up and change over tooling on machines. + Record and log maintenance repairs and inspections at machines, communicating all actions, irregularities, repairs, and inspections. + Understand and comply with LOTO procedures. + Comply with plant rules and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical repair + Hydraulics and pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Industrial schematics + PLC control and troubleshooting + HVAC systems + 3-phase electrical systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand or walk 67-100% of the time. + Capability to lift up to 100 lbs. with varying frequencies. + Pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs. with varying frequencies. + Climbing or crawling as needed. + Bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, and reaching above shoulders. + Experience using small hand and power tools or a forceful grip. + Effective communication in English with various personnel and ensuring safety around machinery. **Why Work Here** Join a team that values safety and efficiency, offering a supportive environment where continuous learning and skill enhancement are encouraged.
