This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do** : + Comply with allapplicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directivesrelated to building operations and work safety. + Review work ordersand resolve issues. + Consult with clientsto schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize businessinterruption and inconvenience. + Assist withimplementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machineryand systems meet or exceed their rated life. + Determine that workis complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime workingcondition. + Use existingprocedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunityto exercise discretion. + Impact throughclearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own outputby following defined procedures and processes under close supervision andguidance. **What You’ll Need** : + High School Diplomaor GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered. + Certifications/licensesas may be required by local or state jurisdictions. + Meet the physicalrequirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbingstairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to followbasic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skillsto exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills.Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, andmarkups. The minimum salary for the Sr. Field Service Engineer is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Field Service Engineer position is $160,000 position is annually.
