Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and production machinery. Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications; ensure compliance with NEC wiring standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using precision tools and diagnostic methods. Remove, repair, and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools. Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to determine dimensional changes or wear. Adjust mechanical components and control instruments for proper functionality. Minimize downtime by communicating and reinforcing preventive maintenance practices with production teams. Document work, report irregularities, and coordinate follow-up actions. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with all safety procedures.

Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, and repair work.Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and safety procedures.Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
