In this role, you will install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for performing tasks related to dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and perform maintenance tasks on high and low voltage power distribution systems, AC and DC drives, microprocessors, relay logic, control wiring, and related technologies.Repair and replace defective parts and components, and install special functional and structural parts in devices.Lubricate and clean parts and components.Maintain inventory on supplies and spare parts.Read, troubleshoot, and interpret ladder logic, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot equipment in a timely manner.Maintain and train employees in safe and efficient methods to repair equipment by following company-developed LOTO and related programs.Plan layout, install, and repair manufacturing equipment, acting as the plant expert in your field.Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.Maintain an adequate preventative maintenance program on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication of manufacturing equipment.Essential SkillsExperience with electrical systems, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance repair.Ability to perform maintenance mechanics, mechanic repair, welding, and work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in welding.Manual machining of parts.Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems as well as pneumatics.Upkeep maintenance manuals.Why Work Here?You will have the opportunity to work overtime and have the potential to become a full-time employee. Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a manufacturing environment, where you will work with a team of five maintenance personnel. Steel toe boots and ear protection are required to ensure safety while on the job.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
