Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes, and electrical systems at our site. The role requires working with high-level electrical equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. A strong aptitude in electrical/electronic control troubleshooting and repair for machine controls is essential. Familiarity with components such as PLC, servo motors, stepper motors, encoders, resolvers, proximity switches, reed switches, AC variable frequency drives, and DC motor drives is expected. The candidate should also possess skills in either welding or machining.
Responsibilities
Dismantle defective machines and equipment to install new or repaired parts.Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repairing and replacing gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.Troubleshoot or repair machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools. Operate cutting torches to cut or join metal parts.MUST HAVE Skills
3+ years of electrical experience, particularly with PLCs.3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.Ability to set up and operate basic manual metal fabrication machines.Proficiency in using calibrated precision measuring instruments.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Troubleshooting and repair skills.Preventive maintenance experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience is a plus.Experience with fitting is an advantage.Professional demeanor is required, as the use of foul language is discouraged.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
