Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy Maintenance Technician who can quickly learn and adapt to the machines and systems in place. This role requires the ability to lift 140lb floor grates to change filters.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor and heavy lifting tasks.Utilize hand and power tools for installation and maintenance.Maintain and repair electric motors and general building systems.Conduct industrial maintenance with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Change filters and fans for large air handlers.Perform preventive maintenance on paint booths, machines, and HVAC systems.Troubleshoot mechanical issues.Essential SkillsExperience with general labor and heavy lifting.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electric motors.Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an industrial or building maintenance environment.Familiarity with large air handler systems.Prior experience with paint booths and machines is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
