This role is crucial for the upkeep and smooth operation of our industrial automated facilityThe successful candidate will focus on mechanical and electrical maintenance, performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal functioning of automated machinery and facility systemsJob Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including lubricating, cleaning, adjusting, and replacing belts, filters, and other componentsFollow established preventative maintenance schedules weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annuallyConduct corrective and emergency maintenance as neededTroubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including pneumaticsPerform electrical maintenance on systems up to 480 volts, three-phase, including motors, sensors, and wiringMaintain and repair facility equipment such as air compressors, boilers, steam tunnels, HVAC systems, and plumbingInstall and maintain industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, conveyor systems, and steam tunnelsPerform welding activities and boiler chemical testing, making necessary adjustmentsMaintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of suppliesIdentify and resolve safety concerns promptlyMonitor and evaluate work performed by internal and external service providersRespond to emergency alarms and mentor junior maintenance techniciansEssential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience on automated machinery, including conveyors and material handling equipment2+ years of performing industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting up to 480 volts, three-phase, with electrical motors and wiringMechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumaticsAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematicsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Macomb, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54800.00 - $87000.00/yr.
