Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Vision Systems Technician I to join our team. This role offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $25 to $34, with additional shift premiums for second and third shifts. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with rotating day and night shifts available (6a-6p and 6p-6a).
Operate and maintain Omron or Keyence stand-alone vision controllers.Troubleshoot vision systems including I/O boards, encoders, light controllers, and modules.Handle relay logic and control components such as photo eyes, proximity sensors, and limit switches.Maintain and troubleshoot motion systems including servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, and encoders.Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Interpret and modify control system documentation.Conduct root cause analysis and incident response documentation.Adapt and troubleshoot in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Skills
Experience with Omron or Keyence stand-alone vision controllers.Familiarity with PC-based inspection systems.Strong troubleshooting skills for vision systems and motion systems.Understanding of inspection logic and flow.Ability to interpret control system documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with automation systems and HMI interfaces.Experience working with I/Os or lighting systems.Experience with coding, computer programming, HMIs, or Cyber Security.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is expansive, requiring considerable walking between buildings and within the plant. It includes a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit environment. In certain departments, such as the dry room, specific attire including a garb and beard net may be necessary. The company emphasizes the 5S3K methodology to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
